Recommended dosage for children: 15 drops.
Vitamin B12 from a supplement is less easily absorbed than from animal foods. This means that the dosage from a supplement is slightly higher. We therefore recommend taking 15 drops as a daily dose. Vitamin B12 as a supplement has no safe upper limit for intake, so there is no maximum dosage.
