

Calcium and vitamin D3 work together to promote strong bones, teeth and a healthy skeleton. Calcium supports bone formation, muscle and nerve function, while vitamin D3 (600 IU) improves calcium absorption and contributes to maintaining strong bones.
Recommended daily allowance for adults: 1 - 2 capsules.
The content of 1 capsule twice a day is 1200 mg calcium. The RDA is between 800 - 1200 mg per day. If you do not get this amount from your diet, it is recommended that you take a dietary supplement as needed.
Intake: preferably in the evening with a glass of water. Do not combine with iron supplements.
