Of which: Elemental calcium 400 mg (50% RDA*)
*RDA = Recommended Daily Allowance for adults. Children require a lower dosage.

Ingredients: Calcium citrate (tri-calcium citrate), lime powder, natural lemon extract.

Recommended daily dosage: Dissolve 2.5 ml (1 teaspoon) in a glass of water or fruit juice. Stir well. Once opened, it can be kept for 6 months.

The daily dosage can be adjusted as needed:
- Up to 1 year: 0.5 teaspoon
- 1-8 years: 1 teaspoon
- From 8 years: 1-2 teaspoons as needed
